摘  要:在可溶性淀粉存在下,分别在30℃和4℃条件下,以氯化钙和碳酸钠为原料合成碳酸钙。用XRD和红外光谱对产物进行了表征,用扫描电子显微镜观察产物粒子的形状。结果表明,在30℃下,随着可溶性淀粉浓度的升高,球霰石的含量增加。而在4℃时,没有加入可溶性淀粉,得到的是方解石和球霰石的混合物,可溶性淀粉质量百分比浓度是0. 93%时,得到的是纯方解石; 1. 9%时,得到的是方解石和球霰石的混合物; 2. 8%时,得到的是纯球霰石,说明温度和可溶性淀粉都可以影响碳酸钙的晶型和形状。还研究了样品的热重性质。The calcium carbonate was synthesized by using calcium chloride and sodium carbonate as raw materials in the presence of soluble starch under 30℃and 4℃,respectively.The as-prepared samples were analyzed by XRD and infrared spectroscopy,and the morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show the component of vaterite increases with the increasing of soluble starch concentration under 30℃condition.Under 4℃condition,the mixture of calcite and vaterite was obtained without soluble starch.When the mass percent concentration of soluble starch was 0.93%,pure calcite was produced.The mixture of calcite and vaterite was produced when the mass percent concentration of soluble starch was 1.9%.When the mass percent concentration of soluble starch was 2.8%,pure vaterite was produced.It suggests that temperature and soluble starch can influence the polymorph and morphology of calcium carbonate.The thermogravimetry properties of samples were also investigated.
