摘　　要：非公募基金会在少数民族地区有较快的发展趋向,呈现出民族特色浓郁、区域发展不平衡的特点,它们在提供公共服务方面发挥着独特的引导、补充作用,但受多种因素的制约,其服务能力还有待提高。民族区域自治政策的合理利用是一种有效的发展思路。Non-public funding foundations in China s minority regions have grown rapidly.At the same time,they have displayed characteristics rich and peculiar to their cultural regions as well as uneven growth.They have played unique roles in guiding and supplementing provision of public services;however,due to a variety of constraints,their capacity for service provision has much room to grow.One effective direction for development would be reasonable use of policies related to minority region autonomy.
