摘 要:"语言先行"是"一带一路"倡议正常运行的重要手段及环节,是扫清"一带一路"建设中语言障碍的重要助力。加强"一带一路"国家和地区的汉语国际教育,可以为"一带一路"倡议实现预定目标打开语言通道,但目前国内该专业的培养模式针对"一带一路"国家的"区域化"特点不突出,未能体现出这些学习者的认知特点和学习需求。本文从"一带一路"起点陕西省的汉语国际教育现状出发,探讨汉语国际教育专业的培养模式所呈现的优势及不足,建议从内向型自主发展向外延式联合培养模式转型,推进"教育现代化";充分发挥"一带一路"以及"丝绸之路经济带"新起点的政策优势;发挥各高校自身的专业优势,以期培养大量能娴熟进行汉语国际教育的从业者。As the central part of west of China,together with its long-existed gorgeous historic culture,Shaanxi Province has specific historical background and culture heritage,which attract more and more outlanders come to Xi′an for Chinese language and Han culture learning.Thus the TCSOL(Teaching Chinese as a Second Language)was strengthened and developing rapidly,and the corresponding discipline construction of International Education of Chinese becomes more important.As the main goal for major training of undergraduate course International Education of Chinese is to“cultivating personnel in Chinese Language and Literature for jobs regarding language culture exchange&transmission”,the actual training arrangement as well as course system employed by colleges in Shaanxi Province were less qualified and nonuniform.In this paper,a deep discussion was performed in issues of advantages,deficiencies of undergraduate courses arrangement and discipline construction for International Education of Chinese in Shaanxi colleges.The discussion was based on statistical data and characters analysis of the course arrangement and current training situation in Northwest University,Xi′an,Shaanxi,and therefore provides a meaningful reference for personnel training program in International Education of Chinese in all Shaanxi colleges.
