体制内工作的代际传递及机制研究——基于全国高校毕业生就业调查数据

摘　　要：职业的代际流动对促进社会公平具有重要作用。本文利用2015年全国高校毕业生就业调查数据,考察父或母在体制内单位工作是否有助于子女大学毕业后首次就业进入体制内单位,进而分析体制内工作代际传递的形成机制。研究发现,尽管毕业生对体制内工作的偏好差异不大,但是父或母在体制内工作显著增加了子女大学毕业后首次就业进入体制内单位的可能性。体制内工作代际传递的机制在于,父母在体制内工作的毕业生,往往具有更高的学历、就读重点院校、毕业前为党员、且具有更广泛的社会联系,来自父母亲戚的求职信息更多,这些都有助于毕业生进入体制内单位就业。Intergenerational mobility of occupation is significant for promoting social justice.Based on the data of the survey on national graduate employment in 2015,this paper investigates whether the parent’s work in in-system sectors helps the children to apply for in-system jobs initially after graduation,and then analyzes the forming mechanism of intergenerational mobility of occupation within in-system sectors.The study finds that though the graduates’preference for working in in-system sectors is not obviously different,the graduates with parents working in in-system sectors have more possible access to entering into institutions as their first job after graduation.The mechanism of intergenerational mobility of occupation in in-system sectors is that students with parents working in in-system sectors are more likely to have higher degree and study in leading universities,and become party members before graduating and tend to have more extensive social relationship.What’s more,they may have more accessible information on job hunting from their parents and relatives.And all points mentioned above are helpful for graduates to apply for jobs in in-system sectors.
