摘　　要：国外对大学生就业能力的研究起步较早,理论和实证研究非常丰富。本文通过梳理国外相关研究文献,全面介绍了大学生就业能力的概念及构成要素、理论模型、就业能力测量评价方法和高校培养大学生就业能力的途径。国外大学生就业能力研究在内容的广度和深度、路径和方法、学科视角及研究的目的性等方面都具有鲜明特色。借鉴国外大学生就业能力的研究成果,有助于立足于我国高等教育实际,建设具有本土特色的大学生就业能力理论与实践体系。The foreign researches on college students'employability started earlier,and had rich experience in both theoretical and empirical studies.By reviewing the relevant literature of foreign researches,the paper introduces the concepts and elements,theoretical model,measuring and evaluating methods of employability,and training system of college students’employability.The foreign researches on college students’employability have distinctive features in breadth and depth of content,approaches and methods,as well as subject perspective and purpose of the research.Learning the achievements of foreign researches on college students’employability would be helpful for us to root in the present situation of Chinese higher education and then establish a native theory and practice system for college students’employability.
