摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸配合点刺拔罐治疗落枕的价值评估。方法:将2016年1月—2017年12月在我院中医康复科治疗的150例落枕患者随机分为两组,对照组单用针灸治疗,观察组采用针灸配合点刺拔罐治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、各时间点疼痛评分、症状改善时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.67%,明显高于对照组的84%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗1 d、3 d、7 d的VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组颈部疼痛、僵硬、活动受限等缓解时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:针灸配合点刺拔罐治疗落枕的效果显著,能快速缓解疼痛,促进颈部功能的恢复,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the value evaluation of acupuncture combined with puncture cupping in treating neck stiffness.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2017,150 patients with neck stiffness were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion alone,the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with puncture cupping,and the clinical efficacy,each time point pain score,symptom improvement time of the two groups were compared.Results:The therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 98.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,84%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the observation group 1d,3d and 7d after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the remission time of neck pain,stiffness and activity restriction was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with puncture cupping had a significant effect on the treatment of neck stiffness,which could relieve pain quickly and promote the recovery of neck function,which was of positive clinical significance.
