溃疡合剂联合PPI治疗胃溃疡或糜烂临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨溃疡合剂与质子泵抑制剂(PPI)合用在治疗胃溃疡、糜烂性胃炎疾病中的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2016年1月-2017年12月门诊接收的168例胃溃疡、糜烂性胃炎患者,按照患者诊疗时的自愿原则,将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组84例。对照组患者采用泮托拉唑肠溶片+铝碳酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组PPI治疗基础上合用溃疡合剂,7d为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察两组治疗前后临床症状评分(腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、反酸)变化并比较治疗后的有效率。结果:(1)观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为95.23%(80/84)、80.95%(68/84),比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)治疗前两组四项症状评分变化比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后两组症状评分均降低,观察组患者评分降低程度更为显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:溃疡合剂联合PPI治疗胃溃疡、糜烂性胃病患者的临床疗效确切,患者的临床症状评分均得到显著性改善,可以提高疾病治疗效果,安全有效,是治疗该类型疾病的最佳手段,值得临床上借鉴应用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ulcer mixture plus PPI on gastric ulcer and erosive gastritis.Methods:168 patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to the voluntary principle of diagnosis and treatment,84 cases in each.The control group was treated with lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets and amoxicillin capsules.The observation group was given ulcer mixture more.Results:The total efficiency were 95.23%(80/84)and 80.95%(68/84)in the observation group and control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in groups were decreased.The degree of reduction in the observation group was more significant;the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ulcer mixture plus PPI on gastric ulcer and erosive gastritis shows a sure effect,can significantly improve clinical symptom scores,improve the efficacy,with safe and effective,is the best means and worth learning from the clinical application.
