中药外洗联合抗骨增生胶囊治疗跟骨增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药外洗联合抗骨增生胶囊治疗跟骨增生症的临床疗效。方法:将60例跟骨增生患者按照单盲法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组单纯给予口服抗骨增生胶囊,治疗组在口服抗骨增生胶囊的基础上联合本院制剂中药外洗方熏洗患足,两组均以4周为一个疗程。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后AOFAS踝-后足评分比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,其中痊愈9例,显效15例,有效4例,无效2例,对照组总有效率为83.33%,其中痊愈5例,显效11例,有效9例,无效5例,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组AOFAS踝-后足评分均有所改善,但治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中药外洗联合抗骨增生胶囊可更有效的改善跟骨增生患者的症状、体征,临床疗效确切,值得推广。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of TCM external wash plus anti-bone-proliferation capsule on calcaneal hyperplasia.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given the anti-bone-proliferation capsule simply;and the treatment group was given TCM external wash more,4 weeks as a course.Results:The total efficiency was 93.33%in the treatment group,including 9 cases were cured;15 cases were markedly effective;4 cases were effective;and 2 cases were ineffective.The total efficiency was 83.33%in the control group,including 5 cases were cured;11 cases were markedly effective;9 cases were effective;and 5 cases were ineffective.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the AOFAS scores in both groups were improved,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:TCM external wash plus anti-bone-proliferation capsule can improve the symptoms and signs in patients with calcaneus hyperplasia more effectively.It is worthy of promotion.
