通元针法联合隔药盐灸神阙治疗产后抑郁症临床效果体会

摘　　要：目的:探析产后抑郁症患者应用通元针法联合隔药盐灸神阙治疗的临床效果。方法:将2015年10月-2017年10月来我院治疗的84例产后抑郁症患者选为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=42)、试验组(n=42)。对照组患者给予常规针灸治疗,试验组患者给予通元针法联合隔药盐灸神阙治疗,对两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、血清孕酮、雌二醇水平进行统计比较。结果:试验组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组患者,数据分别为90.48%、71.43%,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后EPDS评分明显降低,与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且试验组患者EPDS评分明显低于对照组患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清孕酮水平明显降低,雌二醇水平明显升高,与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且试验组患者血清孕酮水平明显低于对照组患者,雌二醇水平明显高于对照组患者,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:产后抑郁症患者应用通元针法联合隔药盐灸神阙治疗的临床效果更加确切,不仅可以减轻患者抑郁症状,还可以调节患者体内激素水平,临床应用价值非常高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Tongyuan acupuncture(通元针法)and moxibustion at the Shenque acupoint(神阙)on depression after delivery.Methods:84 patients were divided into the the control group and the experimental group according to the random digital table method,42 cases in each.The control group was given routine acupuncture.The experimental group was treated by the Tongyuan acupuncture and moxibustion at the Shenque acupoint.The clinical efficacy,the levels of EPDS,serum progesterone and estradiol in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total clinical efficacy was 90.48%in the experimental group was significantly higher than 71.43%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).EPDS score was significantly decreased in two groups after treatment,the difference between after and before treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05).EPDS score in the experimental group significantly lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum progesterone in two groups was decreased significantly after treatment,and the level of estradiol was increased markedly,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum progesterone in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of estradiol in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tongyuan acupuncture and moxibustion at the Shenque acupoint show a definitive clinical effect,not only can reduce the depressive symptoms,but also can adjust the hormone level in the patients,with high clinical application value.
