中医联合疗法治疗面神经炎45例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察针刺+加味牵正汤+隔姜灸治疗面神经炎的临床疗效指标变化,评价中医联合疗法治疗面神经炎的疗效,力求提供有价值的临床研究结果。方法:将45例面神经炎患者采用针刺+加味牵正汤+隔姜灸治疗4周,采用H-B面神经功能计分量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行治疗前后评分,并行统计学分析。结果:治疗4周后H-B面神经功能及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均较治疗前降低。痊愈率为60.0%,总有效率为91.1%。结论:中医联合疗法治疗面神经炎疗效显著,安全无毒副作用,可作为面神经炎有效的疗法进行推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture,the Qianzheng decoction(牵正汤)and ginger moxibustion on facial neuritis.Methods:45 cases of facial neuritis were treated with acupuncture,the Qianzheng decoction and ginger moxibustion,for 4 weeks.The H-B facial nerve function scoring scale,HAMA were analyzed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,H-B facial nerve function and HAMA score were lower than before treatment.The cure rate was 60.0%,and the total effective rate was 91.1%.Conclusion:TCM on facial neuritis is significant,is safe and non-toxic side effects,and worthy of generalization and application.
