摘  要:目的:通过比较糖尿病患者与非糖尿病人群的经颅多普勒超声(TCD)结果,了解糖尿病引起脑血管狭窄的危险程度,探讨TCD在糖尿病脑血管病中的临床应用价值。方法:分析糖尿病患者52例和非糖尿病患者60例的TCD检测结果,包括收缩期峰值血流速度(Vp)、平均血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)等血流动力学指标,并对照进行统计学分析。结果:糖尿病患者与非糖尿病对照组的血流动力学改变差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TCD检测对糖尿病脑血管并发症的敏感度强,可用于该病的筛查与疗效评估,对早期预防糖尿病脑血管病变有重要意义。Objective:To compare the risk of cerebral vascular stenosis caused by diabetes by comparing the results of transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)in diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients,and to explore the clinical value of TCD in diabetic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:The results of TCD in 52 diabetic patients and 60 non-diabetic patients were analyzed,including peak systolic blood flow velocity(Vp),mean blood flow velocity(Vm),pulsatility index(PI)and other hemodynamic indexes,statistical analysis was performed.Results:There was significant difference in hemodynamic changes between diabetic patients and non-diabetic controls(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography is sensitive to diabetic cerebrovascular complications and can be used for screening and evaluation of the disease.It is of great significance for early prevention of diabetic cerebrovascular disease.
