摘 要:介绍了奇瑞公司将高固体分涂料引入三涂两烘(3C2B)涂装工艺的过程。说明了在试生产时发生的质量事故及其解决方法,以及为提升外观而采取的措施。经过3年多的涂料配方调整、试验验证和逐步优化施工参数,目前生产已稳定一年多。新工艺不仅更环保,而且所制漆膜的外观质量超过了原有3C2B溶剂型涂装工艺。The procedure for Chery Company to introduce a high-solid-content paint into a 3C2B(three-coat-two-bake)automobile painting process was described.The quality accidents occurred at the phase of trial production and their solution methods,as well as the measures taken to improve the appearance were explained.After adjusting the paint’s formulation,verifying by tests,and gradually optimizing the construction parameters for more than three years,the production nowadays has been stable for more than one year.The new process not only is more environmental friendly,but produces the coatings with much better appearance quality as compared with the original solvent-type 3C2B painting process.
