摘  要:按照当前城市配电网供电能力,随着电动汽车的充电负荷急剧增加,如果不合理安排其充电,大量的充电负荷集中在负荷峰值期充电,将会使电网峰谷差增大、网损增加、电网利用率降低,甚至超出配电网自身的承载能力,影响配电网的运行可靠性。为提高配电网的设备的利用率及配电网的承载能力,城市配电网的电动汽车有序充电就显得十分必要。为此,在考虑电动汽车种类以及用户充电场所后,根据电动汽车的百公里耗电量、充电时长和特性、用户行为等,在电网负荷谷时段,建立用户充电费用最少为目标的有序充电策略,最后利用粒子群算法求解,通过算例比较有序充电和无序充电的充电费用和峰谷差,验证了该方法的有效性。According to the current power supply capacity of urban distribution network,with the dramatic increasing of electric car charging load,if it is unreasonable to arrange its charge,a large number of charge load will concentrate in the peak load period of charge,which will increase the grid peak-valley difference and network loss,reduce the power grid utilization,and even beyond the own carrying capacity of distribution network,affecting the reliability of distribution network operation.In order to improve the utilization rate of the equipment and the carrying capacity of the distribution network,it is necessary to order the electric car of the urban distribution network.For this reason,after considering the type of electric vehicle and the user charging place,according to the electric vehicle′s 100 km power consumption,charging time and characteristics,user behavior,etc.,in the grid load valley period,the establishment of user charging costs at least as the goal of order charging strategy,and finally the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the problem.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the charging cost and peak-valley difference between ordered charging and disordered charging.
