摘 要:针对同侧耦连油气悬架对多轴车辆行驶平顺性的影响,建立同侧耦连油气悬架液压系统模型和整车与油气悬架耦合动力学模型。开展油气悬架台架试验,验证了油气悬架模型的正确性。安装同侧耦连油气悬架和独立悬架车辆在随机路面输入下进行了行驶平顺性仿真分析,并对同侧耦连油气悬架车辆平顺性进行参数化分析。结果表明,随机路面输入下,同侧耦连油气悬架各油缸刚度特性一致,因此车身俯仰角较独立悬架较小,且能够平衡各轴轮胎动载荷;随着车速的增加,车身质心加权加速度和轮胎动载荷均呈增加趋势,但车身质心加权加速度在车速为50~60 km/h过程中稍有下降,在车速为60~80 km/h过程中基本保持不变;蓄能器静平衡初始体积减小,刚度增大,车身质心加权加速度随蓄能器静平衡初始体积减小呈增大趋势,但在车速为60~80 km/h过程中不同初始体积对加速度影响不同,蓄能器静平衡初始体积变化对轮胎动载荷影响不明显。Considering influence of ipsilateral coupling hydro-pneumatic suspension on ride comfort for multi-axle vehicle,we establish a mathematical model of ipsilateral coupling hydro-pneumatic suspension system and a coupling dynamics model of vehicle and hydro-pneumatic suspension.The correctness of hydro-pneumatic suspension model is verified by a bench test.The ride comfort characteristics of vehicle with ipsilateral coupling hydro-pneumatic suspension and independent hydro-pneumatic suspension are simulated under random road input.And the ride comfort parametric analysis of vehicle with ipsilateral coupling hydro-pneumatic suspension is carried out.The results show that under random road input,the stiffness characteristics of each cylinder in ipsilateral coupling hydro-pneumatic suspension system are the same,so body pitch angle is smaller than that of vehicle fitted with independent suspension,and it balances dynamic load of each tire.With increase of vehicle speed,weighed acceleration of vehicle body and tire dynamic load both show an increasing trend,but the weighed acceleration is slightly decreased in the process of 50~60 km/h,and the weighed acceleration is basically unchanged at speed of 60~80 km/h.The stiffness increases with decrease of initial volume of accumulator under static balance state.The weighed acceleration of vehicle body shows an increasing trend with decrease of initial volume of accumulator,and different initial volumes of accumulator have different effects on weighed accelerations during the speed of 60~80 km/h.The effect of initial volume of accumulator on tire dynamic load is not obvious.
