摘  要:为研究路面离析对密级配沥青混合料渗透性能的影响,通过自制变水头渗透仪对AC-13、AC-20和ATB-25这3种密级配沥青混合料在不同级配离析状态下的渗透参数进行测定,并将试验结果结合现行规范沥青混合料临界渗透系数进行分析。研究结果表明:密级配沥青混合料随着离析程度的增大,渗透性能增大,且增大速率越来越快;空隙率和最大粒径相同时,发生级配离析较温度离析渗透性能更好;空隙率相同时,对于最大粒径不同的密级配混合料,发生级配离析较温度离析所造成的渗透性能差异更大;建议将7%现场空隙率与0.001 cm/s渗透系数组成双重标准用于路面设计与施工质量控制;密级配沥青混合料压实温度应不低于130℃,温度变化应控制在10℃以内,施工时应控制在轻度离析范围以内。In order to study the influence of pavement segregation on the osmotic performance of asphalt mixture with dense gradation,the permeation parameters of AC-13,AC-20 and ATB-25 with asphalt mixture in different gradation were tested by self-made variablehead permeameter.The test results and the phenomena were analyzed combining with the existing norms of critical coefficient of permeability of asphalt mixture.The results show that the permeability of the graded asphalt mixture increases with the increase of segregation degree,and the rate of increase is faster and faster.When the void ratio and the maximum particle size are the same,the gradation separation is more;when the void ratio is the same,the osmotic performance caused by the gradation separation is greater than that of the dense gradation mix with the largest particle size.It is suggested that the 7%field void ratio and the permeability coefficient of 0.001 cm/s should become a standard for pavement design and construction quality control;dense graded asphalt mixture compaction temperature should be no less than 130℃,the temperature change should be controlled within 10℃,and the construction should be controlled within the range of mild segregation.
