摘　　要：青少年体质健康促进治理现代化是管理理念与方式的优化升级,新时代亟需探求我国青少年体质健康促进治理现代化的发展路径。运用文献资料、逻辑分析与实地调研等方法,以精准治理范式为切入点对我国青少年体质健康促进治理现代化进行研究。研究认为:我国青少年体质健康促进治理现代化面临实际治理中的精准治理意识缺乏、传统体制下条块分割的管理体制壁垒、数据信息孤岛所致的健康促进信息资源失联、大数据技术薄弱与专业人才短缺、精准治理的配套制度设计缺失等现实阻碍。政府主导推进精准治理理念传播,以数据治理思维引领治理现代化进程;转变治理模式,形成以政府引导、多元参与、数据为核心的靶向型精准治理;完善体质健康数据库建设,构建共享开放的数据信息系统交流平台;探索专业人才培养机制与数据技术研发相结合;完善法律监管机制,促成利于大数据嵌入治理的配套性制度环境是治理现代化的关键路径选择。The physique health of young people promoting the modernization of governance means the optimization and upgrading of management concepts and methods.In this paper,literature study,logic analysis,field research and precise governance paradigm was used to study the modernization of the Chinese youth physical fitness.It was held that there was still a lack of precise governance awareness,the management system under the traditional system was faced with barriers,health promotion information resources were not enough,big data technology,professional talents and management system were in lack.The government should popularize the concept of precision governance,and lead the governance modernization process with data governance.The governance model with governmental guidance,multiple participation,and data as the core should be established.The construction of physical health database should be bettered.Shared and open data system should be built.The professional talent training mechanism and data technology research and development should be combined.The legal supervision mechanism should be perfected.The supporting institutional environment conducive to big data embedded governance was the key path choice for governance modernization.
