摘　　要：起始于2014年的新的校园足球已经取得了瞩目的成绩,但是,人们在为新的校园足球所取得的成绩喝彩之时,又觉得校园足球的发展好像还缺少了些什么。习近平总书记在2014年7月11日关于足球改革的批示给了我们明确的答案,那就是"勇于破除制约足球发展的体制机制障碍和利益藩篱,充分调动各方面的力量,努力形成充满活力的足球人才培养、组织管理、竞赛、市场开发、激励保障方面的机制和体制。"毋庸置疑,校园足球的机制创新和体制改革是其健康可持续发展的源泉动力和根本保障。为此,就新校园足球的机制创新和体制改革问题进行分析,重点对校园足球的发展动力机制、促进课改机制、师资队伍建设机制进行详细的讨论,同时对其他方面的机制创新和制度改革进行了初步归纳与建议。The new campus football development initiated from 2014 has made remarkable progress.However,when people applaud the achievements,they are concerned about the problem solving and what aspects of campus football work should be strengthened in the future.General secretary XI Jinping’s comments on football reform in July 11,2014 pointed out that we should break the institutional barriers and interest barriers restricting the development of the football.Meanwhile,we should fully mobilize all efforts to form a vibrant football talent cultivation,organization and management,competition,market development,incentive mechanism and system.There was no doubt that the institutional innovation and institutional reform of campus football were the source of its healthy and sustainable development and the fundamental guarantee.This paper analyzes such mechanism innovation and system reform,focusing on the dynamic mechanism of the development of campus football,the mechanism of promoting curriculum reform and the construction mechanism of faculty.
