摘　　要：对习近平十九大报告的人才战略思想及其启示进行了多维分析。习近平总书记从新的历史定位和中华民族复兴出发,基于对中国传统文化精华的继承和创新,基于对我国历史经验的科学总结,基于对全党集体智慧的集思广益,基于对世界总体发展趋势的科学分析,提出了一系列重要的人才战略思想,对于我们做好各项人才工作都具有重要的指导意义。The paper makes an analysis of talent strategic thought and its enlightenment in Xi Jinping’s report at the 19th National Congress of CPC.Starting from the new historical position and rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,on the basis of inheritance and innovation of treasures of the traditional Chinese culture,scientific summary of historical experience,collective intelligence crystallization of CPC,scientific analysis of the general development trend of the world,General Secretary Xi Jinping puts forward talent strategic thoughts and the thoughts are of important guiding significance for our talent work.
