Research on Developing Students' Motor Quotient in Higher Vocational Institutions

摘　　要：在分析动商内涵的基础上指出,因高职学生体质现状堪忧,且就业岗位对劳动素质要求高,开发其动商很有必要。进而提出高职院校应用动商理论指导体育运动,培育有利于动商开发的校园文化,将动商开发融入学校教育全过程。On the basis of analyzing the connotation of motor quotient,the paper points out that it is necessary to develop motor quotient of students in higher vocational institutions because students’physical condition is terrible and the potential posts require the labor with a good physique.It also proposes that the theory of motor quotient should be applied in higher vocational education to guide sports and cultivate the campus culture,which is beneficial to the development of the motor quotient,and integrate the development of the motor quotient into the whole process of school education.
