摘　　要：目的观察电针刺激双天枢穴联合生物反馈对盆底功能障碍型便秘肛管直肠动力及感觉的影响。方法选取2017年1月～2018年5月我院收治的30例便秘程度为中度或以上的功能性便秘患者作为研究对象,采用常规治疗加电针联合生物反馈方法治疗。比较患者治疗前后的肛管直肠动力及感觉变化。结果患者治疗后的肛管静息压、缩榨压、肛管剩余压、初始便意感、感觉阈值等均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电针联合生物反馈治疗盆底功能障碍型便秘可改善肛管直肠动力学感觉指标。Objective To observe the influence of electroacupuncture to double tianshu acupoints combined with biofeedback on anorectal dynamics and sensations of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation.Methods A total of 30 patients with moderate or above degree of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation from January 2017 to May 2018 in our hospital were selected as objects and treated by conventional therapies and electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback.The anorectal motility and sensory changes before and after treatment were compared.Results Anal resting pressure,maximum constrictive pressure,anal residual pressure,initial intentional sensation,sensory threshold volume after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation can improve the anorectal dynamics and sensations.
