路径管理在住院脑卒中患者膀胱护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究在住院脑卒中(CVA)患者膀胱护理中实施路径管理的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年4～12月我院接收的住院CVA患者30例,通过随机抽取的方式分成对照组和研究组,每组各15例。对照组用常规临床护理措施,研究组则在该基础上,实施路径管理,对两种护理应用效果进行比较。结果研究组的护理配合度、对膀胱护理知识的认识度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的尿管留置时间短于对照组,拔管率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组夜尿间隔时间长于对照组,需诱发排尿的人数少于对照组、24 h的漏尿次数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用路径管理方法对CVA患者进行膀胱护理的效果明显,可提高患者对膀胱护理的认知,改善其排尿情况,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of path management in nursing care of hospitalized patients with stroke.Methods A total of 30 cases of hospitalized stroke patients received in our hospital from April to December 2017 were selected divided into two groups of bladder nursing measures by random extraction,15 cases in each group.The control group was used routine clinical nursing measures,the study group was carried out the path management on this basis.The application effect of two kinds of nursing care were compared.Results The nursing coordination degree and knowledge of bladder nursing in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The catheter retention time of the patients in the study group was shorter than the control group and the extubation rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The interval time of nocturnal urine in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of urine leakage in the study group was longer than that of the control group and the number of 24 h was less than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of path management on bladder nursing in patients with cerebral pawns is obvious in clinical.It can improve the cognition of bladder nursing and improve the urination of the patients.It is worth to use.
