摘 要:目的探讨3种综合评价方法在基于疾病诊断相关分组(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRGs)的医师医疗服务绩效评价中的应用,为改善医疗服务绩效提供参考依据。方法采用TOPSIS法、综合指数法、秩和比法评价案例科室医师的医疗服务绩效,并进行组合综合评价。结果 3种方法经等级相关系数法检验,r值分别为0.983、0.976、0.957,P值均小于0.001。医疗服务绩效组合排序前3位的医师分别是A、C、B,后3位的医师分别是I、H、J。结论 3种方法排序结果关系密切,具有一致性,均可应用于医师医疗服务绩效的综合评价;组合评价较单一评价方法更全面、公正;基于DRGs可以对医疗服务绩效进行客观的评价。Objective To discuss the application of comprehensive evaluation method in evaluation of physicians’medical service performance based on DRGs,in order to provide reference for the continuous improvement of medical service performance.Methods Using TOPSIS method,Synthetic Index method and Rank Sum Ratio method to evaluate the physicians’medical service performance.Then the results were evaluated by combination.Results The r values of the three methods were respectively 0.983,0.976 and 0.957,and the P values were all less than 0.001.The top three physicians whose evaluations of medical service performance were best were A,C and B,and the last three physicians were I,H and J.Conclusion The results of the three methods are closely related and consistent,which can be applied to the comprehensive evaluation of physicians’medical service performance.The combined evaluation is more compre?hensive and fair than single evaluation method.Medical service performance can be objectively evaluated based on DRGs.
