选择图书馆职业的意愿及理由——2018年北大“图书馆学概论”课考试答卷分析

摘　　要：通过北京大学2018年春季"图书馆学概论"课程期末考试答题的调查,可以了解选修本课的学生对图书馆职业的认知程度以及就业意愿。分析结果显示,愿意选择图书馆职业的学生占50%,较之2010年、2014年两次调查有所下降;不愿意选择图书馆职业的学生占50%,较之前两次调查有所上升。本次与前两次调查显示,女性愿意去图书馆就职的比例要高于男性。选择或不选择图书馆职业的理由与前两次大同小异。An investigation on undergraduates’examination papers for An Introduction to Library Science in Peking University has revealed their cognitive aspects and occupational intention about library career.According to the investigation in 2018,50%of the students are willing to work in a library,which is smaller than those in 2010 and 2014;while the other 50%are not willing to take a job in a library,which is larger than it showed in the two previous investigations.These three investigations also show that woman undergraduates are more willing to work in a library than men and the reasons for choosing and not choosing library career turn out to be similar.
