摘  要:长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度>200 nt非编码RNA家族中的重要成员。随着研究的不断深入,人体恶性肿瘤内异常表达的lncRNA对肿瘤发生、发展所起到的调控作用正逐渐被认知。被转化生长因子b激活的长链非编码RNA(lncRNA-ATB)在诸多肿瘤中呈现异常表达,并能够调控肿瘤增殖、侵袭转移、抗凋亡及耐药等恶性生物学行为。Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),which has the length of more than 200 nt,is an important member of ncRNA family.With the progression of lncRNA researches,it has been recognized that the dysregulated lncRNAs play important regulatory roles in the occurrence and progression of many human malignant tumors.It has been found that transforming growth factorβ-activated lncRNA(lncRNA-ATB)is dysregulated in various cancers and could regulate the malignant biological behaviors including proliferation,invasion,anti-apoptosis,metastasis and drug-resistance.The expression and regulatory effect of lncRNA-ATB in neoplasms will be summarized in this article.
