摘　　要：结合暨南大学药学省级实验教学示范中心建设的实践,从实验教学改革的理念、实验教学定位、改革目标、实验教学体系、管理模式、硬件建设与环境、实验教学队伍及建设成果等角度介绍了药学实验教学示范中心的建设过程。突出以培养药学创新人才为目标的改革理念,构建了产学研结合的药学创新人才培养的实验教学平台和体系,有利于药学创新人才的培养。Combined with the practice of construction of provincial experimental teaching demonstration center of pharmacy in Jinan University,the construction process of experimental teaching demonstration center of pharmacy was introduced,including the idea of experimental teaching reform,experiment teaching orientation,reform goal,the experimental teaching system,management model,hardware construction,experimental environment,the experimental teaching team and construction achievements,etc.In the introduction,we highlighted the reform idea of the cultivation of pharmaceutical creative talents.The experimental teaching platform and system for the cultivation of pharmaceutical innovation talents were constructed.This is good for cultivating pharmaceutical creative talents.
