摘　　要：实验室和大型仪器在高校中发挥着举足轻重的作用。介绍美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院实验室以及大型仪器设备平台的使用和管理模式,包括重视实验室安全和实验队伍建设的制度,全面开放共享的实验室管理理念,以及大型仪器平台的高效使用等方面的情况,以期为提高我校的实验室及大型仪器平台的建设提供借鉴与参考。Laboratories and large instruments play important roles in colleges and universities.The article introduced the management of scientific laboratories and large equipment in School of Medicine in Johns Hopkins University in the United States,including its fully open and shared laboratory management concept,the model of laboratory safety and humanities construction,and the efficient use of large instrument platform.These will have great significance and inspirations to improve the laboratory management and the large instrument platform construction in authors’university.
