摘　　要：随着国家对科研设施与仪器的大量投入,科研仪器数量快速增长。仪器设备的管理与维护,资源整合及有效利用成为了实验室管理工作的难点。针对当前农业科研院所仪器设备管理特点,分析了管理中存在的问题,提出了建立健全管理制度、加强实验技术队伍建设、促进设备资源整合与共享等健全和完善农业科研院所仪器设备管理的具体措施,为农业科研院所仪器设备的科学有效管理提供了参考。Since the central government increased the investment in instruments and equipment of scientific research,the number of scientific instruments has grown rapidly.The management and maintenance of instruments,and the integration and utilization of equipment resources have become the difficulties in laboratory management.Based on the current status and problems,management measures are put forward from many dimensions which include establishing and perfecting the management system,strengthening the construction of the experimental technical team,to promote the integration of equipment resources and sharing.The research results may provide reference for scientific and effective management of instrument and equipment of other agricultural colleges.
