摘  要:在高校仪器设备全生命周期管理体系的指导下,采用国际通用的业务流程设计与优化标准(Business Process Modeling Notation,BPMN),梳理和优化了高校的仪器设备管理流程,制定了流程优化工作的4个步骤,并按此4步骤分步实施。首先实现基于全生命周期管理理念的顶层设计,梳理全生命过程中的设备业务流程,确定了高校仪器设备管理工作的目标和计划。紧接着展开跨部门的流程优化和部门内关键业务的流程梳理。针对现有工作中的问题和顶层设计的目标,协调并梳理多部门之间的相关业务流程,重点优化关键业务。并以此为基础,根据业务办理中的反馈,不断改进。高校仪器设备管理流程梳理和优化在实际业务中的实施,使得仪器设备管理更先进规范,更便利于师生,也更加高效智能。With the guidance of overall lifecycle management system for equipment in colleges,the international business process design and optimization technology-Business Process Modeling Notation(BPMN)is adopted to sort out and optimize the equipment business process in colleges.The optimization work is defined and implemented in four steps.The first one is the top-level design,it sorts out the top business process,determines the objectives and plans.Then,the works focus on the business process optimization among various departments and the key business processes in some departments.Business improvements are performed iteratively based on daily feedback.The business process optimization works make the equipment management more advanced and efficient,more convenient for teachers and students,and more intelligent.
