摘 要:高校科研实验室是培养创新型人才的重要场所,科研实验室的安全问题是一个值得重视研究和解决的问题,尤其是有关危险化学品的安全问题。通过对高校科研实验室的界定、科研实验室与教学实验室特点对比及存在的安全问题分析,提出解决科研实验室安全问题的对策建议。建立包括药品库保管员、实验技术人员、教师和未来职业人参入的危险化学品管控模型,全员参入危险化学品的安全管控,对保障高校教学与科研安全、环保的发展有重要的意义。The research laboratory in a university is an important place for cultivating innovative talents.The security issue in the laboratory are becoming big problems which are worth to pay more attention and need to be solved,especially for dangerous chemicals.We identify the research laboratory in the university,compare it with teaching laboratory and analyze the exiting security problems,in order to come up with the solution and advices for security issue of research laboratory in the university.Our conclusion shows laboratory should establish a controlling model inclusive of managers in the medicament stocks,technical experiment staffs,teachers and future professionals.Furthermore,the management and control of dangerous chemicals need participation of all staffs.All of these methods mentioned above can be significant for keeping security of teaching and research,development of environment protection.
