摘  要:企业对市场营销专业学生的需求量一直都很大,但由于市场营销本科专业人才岗位胜任力不足,不能更好地满足企业和社会的需求,尤其对应用型高校而言,必须以"岗位胜任力"为导向对市场营销本科专业人才培养模式进行改革。本次研究从建立完善的市场营销本科专业人才培养方案、强化实践教学体系、强化能力培养、加强职业素养四个方面探讨提高市场营销本科专业学生岗位胜任力的方法。The demand for the marketing majors has always been very large,but because of the lack of competence of the marketing undergraduate professionals,it can not meet the needs of the enterprises and the society better.Especially for the applied universities,the training model of the marketing professional talents must be guided by the"post competency".Reform is carried out.In order to improve the post competence of the undergraduate students of marketing,it is necessary to improve the training program of the undergraduate professional talents,strengthen the practice teaching system,strengthen the training of the ability and strengthen the professional accomplishment in four aspects.
