摘 要:研究校内生产实训基地学徒培养的实践现状,积累经验,分析得失,对于促进学徒制的健康发展有非常重要的现实意义。调研发现,基地设施设备较为完善,能较好地保障学徒学习实践,且多数学徒对实践效果感到满意;指导师傅学历层次普遍较高,实践经验丰富,保障了学徒培养质量,但仍需完善一系列体制机制,确保校内学徒培养顺利高效开展。Through the investigation of apprentice training which was based on production training base in school,we analyzed the results and got some experience,and it has significance for healthy apprenticeship development.Many aspects were analyzed,we found that the training base had advanced production equipment,the teaching staff had rich experience and the apprentice had strong aspiration in practice,showed that the mode was feasible.However,a variety of mechanismof this mode should be further improved to ensure that all works smoothly.
