摘 要:目的——为提高人才培养质量,加快青年教师队伍建设。方法——通过查阅文献和工作实践。结果——高等教育规模化发展引起在校生数激增,医学院校新进大量教师,但多数新进教师教学能力不高,急需学校加强青年教师教学能力培养,我校从实施青年教师教学激励机制、转变教学培训理念、推进教学团队建设、完善评教制度和鼓励青年教师进行教学反思五个方面着手工作。结论——通过工作实践,我校青年教师在各级教学竞赛中荣获较好成绩,中国高等教育学会发布的"2012—2017年全国高校教师教学竞赛状态数据",我校在上榜的全国759所本科院校中排名第193位,全省排名位居第3位。Objective:In order to improve the quality of personnel training and speed up the construction of young teachers'team.Methods:Through consulting literature and working practice.Results:The large-scale development of higher education has caused a sharp increase in the number of students and a large number of teachers in medical colleges and universities,but the teaching ability of most new teachers is not high.It is urgent for colleges to strengthen the training of the teaching ability of young teachers.Our college is fromimplementing the teaching incentive mechanism of young teachers,changing the concept of teaching and training,promoting the construction of teaching team and improving the system of teaching evaluation.Five aspects are to be done in order to encourage young teachers to reflect on teaching.Conclusions:Through the work practice,the young teachers of our university have won a good achievement in the teaching competition at all levels.China Higher Education Institute issued"2012-2017 national college teachers teaching competition state data",our school ranked the list of the 759 undergraduate colleges and universities ranked 193rd,the province ranked third.
