摘　　要：以器官系统为中心的整合课程的开设可以弥补学科为中心授课的不足,调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生的临床思维及解决问题的能力。但是,该课程的开设需要根据各学校的实际情况,体现各自的特点。同时,课程的开设也会遇到教材适用性,学生的适应性及评价体系等诸多问题,这些都是需要我们进一步解决的。The integration curriculum which focus on organ system can compensate the shortage of subject-centered teaching pattern,arouse students'enthusiasm of study,and cultivate students'clinic ideation and the ability to solve problems.But creating this curriculum should according to the actual situation of our university,and explore the special features of our own.Though great achievements has been made,there are still some challenges such as applicability of textbook,adaptability of student and evaluation systemthat need to be solved in the future.
