摘　　要：创新型人才的培养是我国可持续发展战略、科教兴国战略、人才强国战略以及创新型国家建设等多项发展战略的一项基础性工程。高等教育,在创新型国家的建设中发挥着基础性、战略性和先导性作用。通过"赛教融合"教学模式培养中医药创新型人才,我院进行了初步探索。The cultivation of innovative talents is the sustainable development strategy,strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education,the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development and construction of an innovative country development strategy of a basic project.Higher education,in the construction of an innovative country plays a fundamental,strategic and guiding role.By"the teaching convergence"teaching mode cultivate creative talents of Chinese medicine,our hospital has carried on the preliminary exploration.
