摘  要:目的:对PBL结合互评式教学在神外见习中的应用效果进行分析。方法:选取本校2014级临床医学专业学生120例为研究对象,分为常规教学组60例及PBL结合互评式教学组60例,对比分析不同教学方法对学生学习效果及教学满意度的影响。结果:PBL结合互评式教学组学生临床技能操作成绩、病例汇报成绩、教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神外见习中,对临床医学生应用PBL结合互评式教学可提高学生学习成绩、综合知识应用能力。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of PBL and assess mutually teaching methods for clinical practice teaching in department of neurosurgery.Methods:120 Medical students were divided into control group(Conventional teaching method,60 students)and observation group(PBL and assess mutually teaching methods,60 students).The study rusults and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher study results in the clinical operation and case report,had higher satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study results and Comprehensive ability were improved effectively by applying PBL and assess mutually teaching methods for the clinical practice teaching in department of neurosurgery.
