摘　　要：推进高校内部治理结构的改革与完善,探索和创新新时期具有中国特色的现代大学制度,是我国高校可持续发展所面临的主要问题。本文借鉴西方发达国家,特别是美国的高校董事会制度的优势,研究符合我国特征的高校内部治理结构,探寻对高校内部治理结构进行优化完善的路径和措施。The major challenges for sustainable development of Chinese colleges and universities'were to transfer the reform and development into internal governance structure in colleges and universities and to explore and innovate modern university system with Chinese characteristics in the new year.This paper draw lessons from western developed countries,especially the advantages of the board of director system of colleges and universities in the United States,and explore some ways and measures to optimize and improve the internal governance structure of collages and universities in China.
