医学类大学生道德敏感性的现况调查

摘　　要：目的:探讨医学类大学生道德敏感性现状。方法:以354名医学院校大学生为研究对象,采用倾向性道德敏感问卷(DMSQ)进行调查。结果:(1)医学生的道德敏感性均值为2.51,高于中值2.5,说明医学生的道德敏感性居于中等偏上水平,农村医学生在移情内疚维度和移情烦扰维度上得分要显著高于城镇和城市的医学生。结论:医学生道德敏感性水平总体状况较好,但在某些维度上也表现出了较低的道德敏感性,整体水平有待提高。Objective:To investigate the current status of moral sensitivity of medical college students.Methods:A total of 354 undergraduate students in medical colleges were selected for the study and the propensity-based moral sensitivity questionnaire(DMSQ)was used for investigation.Results:1 The mean value of moral sensitivity of medical students was 2.51,which was higher than the median value of 2.5.This indicated that the moral sensitivity of medical students was above the middle level,and the score of rural medical students in the dimensions of empathy intimacy and empathy was significantly higher.Medical students in towns and cities.Conclusion:The overall level of moral sensitivity of medical students is good,but it also shows low moral sensitivity in some dimensions,and the overall level needs to be improved.
