摘　　要：在"互联网+"的大背景下,以教师面对面教授为主的单一化课堂无法满足学生学习多样化的需求。作为大一新生进行计算机基础教育的必修课程之一,程序设计课程在培养学生的自主学习能力上具有极其重要的意义。本文以程序设计课程为例,结合网络平台与传统课堂进行基于翻转课堂的"双课堂"个性化教学模式研究与探索,探讨优化教学、培养学生自主学习能力的手段和方法,提高课程的教学效果。In the background of"Internet plus",with the teacher face to face teaching single classroom based cannot meet the needs of students learning diversification.As a compulsory course for freshmen in computer basic education,programming course is of great importance in developing students'autonomous learning ability.Based on the program design course as an example,combined with the network platform and traditional classroom based on flipped classroom"dual class"individualized teaching mode research and exploration,to optimize the teaching means and methods,cultivate students'self learning ability,to prepare for the development of curriculumbetter.
