摘　　要：高职毕业生职业生涯初期就业的不稳定性,不仅影响企业的人力资源计划和生产稳定性,也影响高职毕业生的职业生涯发展,还严重影响高职院校和用人单位之间校企合作关系的稳定。本文以湖南现代物流职业技术学院为例,分析高职毕业生职业生涯初期就业不稳定的原因,并提出相关建议。The instability of employment in early career of vocational college graduates affects not only the stability of human resources plan and production,but also the career and the cooperation between Vocational Colleges and enterprises.This paper analyzes the reasons for the instability of employment in the early career,and puts forward some suggestions.
