摘 要:随着教育信息化的迅速发展,翻转课堂作为一种创新型教学模式,正在引领我国教育教学模式的变革。提高教学质量,培养社会需要的技能型人才是高职院校办学目标之一,采用适当的教学方法是提高课堂教学质量的关键。本文在翻转课堂的基础上,分析参与式教学方法要义,并结合《保险理论与实务》课程教学实践,探讨参与式教学在高职院校教学中的具体应用,并提出了实施参与式教学应注重的几个关键问题。With the rapid development of education informatization,flipped classroom,as an innovative teaching mode,is leading the transformation of education teaching mode in China.To improve the teaching quality and to cultivate the skilled talents needed by the society is one of the goals of higher vocational colleges,and the proper teaching method is the key to improve the quality of classroom teaching.Turn in the classroom,on the basis of analyzing gist participatory teaching method,and connecting with the"insurance theory and practice"course teaching practice,discusses the application of participatory teaching in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the implementation of the participatory teaching should pay attention to several key questions.
