摘　　要：学生护理部是把医院护理人员的管理体系和制度应用在学生管理中,使广大学生拥有一个符合护理专业特点的管理监督和服务体系。基于"学生护理部"模式的护理专业校内实训基地管理,提升了实训基地整体管理水平,提高了学生的综合素质,丰富了学校专业内涵。Student nursing department is to apply the management system and system of hospital nursing staff in student management,so that the majority of students have a management supervision and service system in line with the characteristics of nursing specialty.Based on the"student nursing department"mode of nursing professional training base management,improve the overall management level of training base,improve the comprehensive quality of students,enrich the connotation of school specialty.
