摘  要:建设辅导员工作室是学生工作精细化、精准化的有效落实,是辅导员自我提升的发展需要,是辅导员队伍专业化、职业化发展的有力支撑。高校应从学生发展需求和学生工作实际出发,从明确目标和提炼特色、健全机制和加强管理、激发学习和提高效能等方面开展辅导员工作室的建设。The construction of counselors'studio is the effective implementation of students'meticulous and precise work,the development needs of counselors'self-improvement,and the strong support of counselors'professional and professional development.Colleges and universities should start from the development needs of students and student work reality,from the clear objectives and refining characteristics,improve the mechanism and strengthen management,stimulate learning and improve efficiency to carry out the construction of counselors'studio.
