虚拟企业环境下软件工程专业人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：针对我校软件工程专业的培养计划与课程设置情况以及本专业的自身发展与行业对人才需求和定位,提出并实现一套为学生提供理论知识积累,实践能力加强的机制。通过对本专业所开设的课程研究,结合学生的兴趣和软件企业开发模式,努力使学生与外界软件行业接轨,从而提高学生的理论知识与开发能力、提高学生的团队合作与沟通的能力,探索软件工程人才培养的新方法。Aiming at the training plan and curriculum setting of our software engineering specialty,and the professional development and talent demand and location of the industry,we propose and implement a set of mechanisms to provide students with theoretical knowledge accumulation and practical ability.Through the curriculum research and student interest and software enterprise development mode,we try to integrate students with the outside software industry,so as to improve students'theoretical knowledge and development ability,and improve their teamwork and communication skills.Explore new methods of training software engineering talents.
