论大学新生转型教育的主要内容与方法

摘　　要：在当代应试教育和独生子女娇惯式养育方法的背景下,大学新生的转型教育至关重要。本文将新生转型教育划分为个人素养提升、班级文化建设和职业生涯规划三个主要内容,分别提出了相应的转型教育方法,旨在提升大学生的自我认知意识,培养集体观念,正确的认识大学生活,合理的制定学习及职业目标,调动当代大学生自我能力提升的主动性。Under the background of exam-oriented education and only child family education at present,the work of college freshmen transform education is quite important.This paper thought the college freshmen transform education should contain three main contents.They are personal ability improvement,class culture construction and career planning.The corresponding methods of each content are also discussed.It is aiming to improve college students'self-consciousness,cultivate collective ideas,have a correct understanding of the college life.Then the students can make the right learning target and career planning.In this way,the college students'subjective initiative can be mobilized.
