摘　　要：顾武军系南京中医药大学教授,全国著名伤寒学家。临床常见颈椎不适伴头晕头痛,检查示颈椎骨质增生伴压迫患者,其以二根二仁汤加味,软坚散结,化痰通络;当患者咳嗽伴随明显"咽痒则咳"特征,符合"喉源性咳嗽"特点时,顾老用宁咽止嗽饮的加味方,旨在清咽宁嗽。诸药同用,共奏疏散风热、宣肺利咽、化痰止咳之功。而当遇见曾屡以清热、利湿、祛风、养血等药治疗效果不显的皮肤病患者时,顾武军广泛应用通阳化湿之法,改用附子振奋阳气后,湿得除,经络通,热得去,血得行,诸症悉除。Gu Wujun is a Professor at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and a famous typhoid scientist in China.The author was fortunate to be on the side of the doctor,and saw that his prescription was handy.Clinical common cervical discomfort with dizziness headache,examination cervical vertebra hyperosteogeny with oppression,Professor Gu with two kernel decoction,soft and loose knot,phlegm and collaterals;when the patient coughing accompanied by obvious"pharynx itching cough"characteristics,when the characteristics of"throat source cough",Professor Gu with the Ningyan Zhiyin drink aimed at clearing pharynx.All medicines are used together to play the role of dispersing wind heat,dispersing lung and promoting pharynx,eliminating phlegm and stopping cough.When meeting the patients who had repeatedly been treated with heat,dampness,dispelling wind,nourishing blood and so on,Professor Gu Wujun applied the method of clearing yang to humidification widely.After using the aconitum to lift the yang qi,it was dampness,meridian,heat,blood,and all the diseases.
