摘　　要：行政管理是企业的中枢神经系统,在企业的发展中起着至关重要的作用。论文主要围绕如何提升国有企业行政管理效率展开分析讨论,从而提高国有企业的内部治理能力和管理水平,让企业平稳运行、健康发展。Administration is the central nervous systemof enterprises and plays an important role in the development of enterprises.This paper mainly focuses on howto improve the efficiency of the administration of state-owned enterprises,so as to improve the internal governance ability andmanagement level of state-ownedenterprises,andlet the enterprises run smoothly and develop healthily.
