摘　　要：论文分析了采购业务在企业中扮演的角色,根据国内中小企业的实际情况指出了采购在组织内部存在一个突出的问题即采购信息处理与共享传递问题,论文通过实际需求设计不同的采购辅助工具,通过数据的对比显示出使用工具前后的工作效率提升比率,采购中工具使用对采购信息流的管理起着重要作用。The paper analyzes the role of purchasing business in enterprises.According to the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,it points out that there is a prominent problem in purchasing within the organization,that is,the processing and shared transfer ofprocurement information.Based on the actual demand,different procurement aids are designed.The comparison of the data shows the efficiency improvement rate of the work before and after the use of the tool.The use of tools in purchasing plays an important role in the management of purchasing information flow.
