摘  要:目的观察机用镍钛根管预备系统、手用不锈钢K锉分别预备根管,对比患牙根管治疗期间疼痛(EIP)发生的情况。方法498颗患牙,采用分层随机法分成两组,观察组用Mtwo机用镍钛根管预备系统进行根管预备,对照组用Dentsply手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备。结果观察组EIP发生为13. 25%,对照组为35. 34%,两组EIP发生率差异有统计学意义(X^2=3. 302 4,P <0. 01)。结论运用Mtwo机用镍钛根管预备系统进行根管预备,EIP发生率低,患者痛苦小,省时高效。Objective To compare the difference of incidence of endodontic interappointment pain(EIP)between nickel-titanium instruments and stainless steel K-files root canal preparation.Methods 498 endodontic patients were divided into two groups randomly.In the experimental group,rotary nickel-titanium instruments were used to prepare root canals,while stainless steel K-files were used to prepare root canals in the control group.Results There was a significant difference of EIP incidences between the two groups(13.25%vs.35.34%,χ2=3.302 4,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of nickel-titanium instruments for root canal preparation can effectively reduce pain chance during treatment,which is time-saving and efficient.
