摘　　要：当前,以"互联网+教育"为主要特征的信息化教育开创了一个开放共享、平等自主、极具个性化的新型教育环境,对高校教师的信息处理、信息传输、评估反馈等传播行为带来了深刻影响,进而对教师的课程设计、课程实施以及课程评价能力提出了挑战。高校教师在教育传播中的角色也应有新的内涵定位:既是信息传播的"把关者"更是"引导者",既是"传输者"更是"激发者",既是"管理者"更是"交流者"。At present,the“Internet+education”as the main characteristics of the information-based education started a open sharing,equality,autonomy,highly personalized new education environment,teachers in colleges and universities information processing,information transmission,had profound influence on the spreading behavior of evaluation feedback,thus to teacher's curriculum design,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.The role of university teachers in education communication should also be defined with new connotation:not only the“gatekeeper”and“transmitter”but also the“facilitator”and“motivator”of information communication,as well as the“manager”and“communicator”.
