摘　　要：目的检测USP15及Smad7在皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达,探讨其与肿瘤临床病理参数之间的关系。方法对60例皮肤鳞状细胞癌标本和60例正常皮肤标本进行免疫组化染色,检测USP15及Smad7的组织表达,并分析其与肿瘤临床病理参数之间的关系。结果皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中USP15及Smad7的表达均明显高于正常组织(均P<0.05);随肿瘤分化程度增高,USP15及Smad7表达呈降低趋势(均P<0.05);USP15及Smad7的表达在有淋巴结转移者明显高于无淋巴结转移者(均P<0.05);皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中,USP15与Smad7的表达有明显的正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 USP15与Smad7在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中表达异常增加,且与肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移相关。Objective To detect the expression of ubiquitin specific peptidase 15(USP15)and Smad7 in skin squamous-ccll carcinoma and examine the relationship between USP15 and Smad7 expression and clinicopathological factors of the carcino ma.Methods Immunohistochcmical staining of USP15 and Smad7 was performed on skin squamous-ccll carcinomaCn=60.)and normaKn=60)specimens.T'he relationship between the expression of USP15 and Smad 7 and clinicopathological parameters of the carcinoma was analyzed.Results T'he expression of USP15 and Smad7 was obviously higher in skin squamous-ccll carcinoma than in normal skin(P<0.05).With the increase of the degrees of tumor differentiation?the expression of USP15 and Smad7 showed a decreased tendency(P<0.05).T'he expression of USP15 and Smad7 was significantly higher in lymph node metastasis group than that in non-lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05).T'hcre was significant positive correlation between USP15 and Smad7 expression in skin squamous-ccll carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression ofUSPl 5 and Smad7 is abnormally increased in the squamous-ccll carcinoma?and it is related to the tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasi.
